I must admit that I was a little worried going into this story with the way the first story ended. I wasn’t sold on the authenticity of falling in love with the brother. However, this was perfectly written. I was skeptical, but by the end of this story I wanted nothing more than to see Theo and Kacey happily together. Kacey was a bit of a hot mess, while Theo was such a patient, generous soul. She needed to be grounded and she needed to be shaken up. Their union made so much sense. The story also took a hard, realistic look at addiction, There were some sad moments, some awkward moments, and some HOT moments that all managed to be real at the same time. Great completion to the duet!
