Review: American Queen by Sierra Simone

It starts with a stolen kiss under an English sky, and it ends with a walk down the aisle.

It starts with the President sending his best friend to woo me on his behalf, and it ends with my heart split in two.

It starts with buried secrets and dangerous desires…and ends with the three of us bound together with a hateful love sharper than any barbed wire.

My name is Greer Galloway, and I serve at the pleasure of the President of the United States.

WoW!!! What a journey! I honestly don’t know where to start. I was hooked immediately. I was dying to know what was going on. The flashbacks worked perfectly and added a level of angst that was almost unbearable. I had to read this in one sitting because if not, I’m pretty sure I would have had an anxiety attack. The chemistry between Ash, Greer, and Embry was off the charts. At one point I thought my Kindle was gonna catch on fire…lol. This book was hot af. I mean where did the author come up with some of the scenes? The raunchiest scenes were written in a way that portrayed unconditional love and respect. The writing was amazing. I loved every minute and am so glad one of my book besties turned me on to this author. I’m officially a fan! I have a terrible case of book hangover… good thing I can jump right into American Prince!
