Review: The Saint by Tiffany Reisz

The Saint (The Original Sinners: White Years #1)

Before she became Manhattan’s most famous dominatrix, Nora Sutherlin was merely a girl called Eleanor…

Rebellious, green-eyed Eleanor never met a rule she didn’t want to break. She’s sick of her mother’s zealotry and the confines of Catholic school, and declares she’ll never go to church again. But her first glimpse of beautiful, magnetic Father Marcus Stearns—Søren to her and only her—and his lust-worthy Italian motorcycle is an epiphany. Eleanor is consumed—yet even she knows being in love with a priest can’t be right.

But when one desperate mistake nearly costs Eleanor everything, it is Søren who steps in to save her. When she vows to repay him with complete obedience, a whole world opens before her as he reveals to her his deepest secrets that will change everything.

Danger can be managed—pain, welcomed. Everything is about to begin.

This installment takes place in the present, with flashbacks from the past. All of my questions from the past were answered and I got to see what trouble Nora was currently getting into. I really enjoyed this one. I didn’t know what to expect with how the last book ended. I should have expected perfection, because that’s what this book was. This series has wrecked me. I am consumed with these characters’ lives. I enjoyed witnessing a young Eleanor transform into Soren’s property. Soren had the patience of a saint and I adored him for it. Eleanor was a hand full. Her antics had me crying laughing! Nora never ceases to amaze me. Soren was everything she needed. He gave her time and space, but when he fully claimed her…  Soren and Nora almost set my kindle on fire. Sheesh!!!! They shared some pretty hawt scenes. Nora is so bad and I have the biggest girl crush on her. I have never read a female heroine like her. She loves  hard and freely. She owns who she is and doesn’t apologize for it. She’s brutally honest without bitterness all the while remaining soft and lovable. I just love Nora to pieces. I just love this series to pieces. Where is the next book?!
