Jason and Simone’s story was a bit of a surprise. It was amazing to finally see a heroine completely comfortable with her lifestyle and the hero struggling. Simone knew who she was, where she was going and what she wanted. Jason on the other hand was totally confused and stumbling through his sexuality.

I love my doms, so when Jason would struggle I didn’t know how to feel. I didn’t know whether to feel sorry for him or tell him to man up. This dichotomy of emotions followed me throughout this read. By the end I realized I kind of loved it. I loved how Simone supported him, but didn’t allow him to diminish her life choices. I rooted for them and prayed Jason would find his footing. This was a great read and the fact that we got to see some of our old favorites was definitely a plus.

If you’re anything like me and can’t get enough of this world, you have to read it.
