EPIC! That’s what this series is. I’m going to be honest, I started Consequences a few years ago, but I wasn’t feeling it. I read the first few chapters and was like meh… I know, what was I thinking?! This series is amazing. The character development alone is worth four stars. During this series, the reader is allowed to peel each layer off these complex characters. I loved every minute of it. I had to add another shelf to my GR profile titled “favorite couples” after reading this one. Tony and Claire’s story starts off in this unbearably dark place, and ends up in a “glass house” filled with light. But the road they traveled is one I will never forget. Aleatha has made her way on my “trusted author” list after reading this series. I will read the next one eventually, but I need a break. I’m emotionally drained. Is it eventually yet? 🙂

So I took my time reading this one. I kept putting it off because I was anxious from the first few pages. This series has been building and growing with each book. The character development is insane. I feel so connected to these characters that I feel their pain and their joy. I want their happy ending just as much as they do. Although Tony and Claire had a rocky start, they have become one of my favorite couples. They are hot, but they also infuriate me at times. This series is definitely a must read!!
