Oblivion by Jennifer Armentrout

WOW!!!! I can’t fangirl enough over Jennifer Armentrout. She is my favorite PNR writer. Her world building is phenomenal. Oblivion is a POV novel. I normally have a hard time with these novels. But of course I read it because there is no book boy that I love more than Daemon Black *sigh*. This book was written perfectly. Yes, we knew what was going to happen eventually, but Daemon’s POV was so fresh and different from Kat’s that I fealt like I was reading a whole new series at times. It was an amazing experience. I couldn’t get enough so I’m re reading Origin…lol.  I love Daemon. Oh and the ending, can we expect Luc soon?

This is definitely 5 stars

So it’s clear why Jennifer Armentrout is one of the faves. She never fails to deliver. POV stories are sometimes hard to read because we already know what’s going to happen, but Daemon’s POV was so different and interesting that it felt brand new until the very end. This was three books in one but I still didn’t get enough. You know a book is well written when you hesitate to finish because of the feels you know are coming. When I got to about 85%, I slowed way down because I didn’t want to go through the devastation of Kat being left behind at Daedelus. I wasn’t ready for the tears!! Even though I know they find each other again, I was emotionally wrecked. But then…. LUC?!?! Gah! I can’t wait to hear his story.

***5 Stars***
