Was so excited to receive another ARC from this author. The story of Asty and Hunter put a very original spin on the MC trope. I was very impressed with the plot. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters were real and very developed. I loved Hunter and Asty’s banter and relationship. I love this series.  Can’t wait til the next one.

Listen, this is really the year of crazy heroines. Asty was disturbed… Her entire life philosophy and practice was based on lies. Hunter was such a sweetheart and loved Asty even when he didn’t believe in her actions. He loved her enough to risk his life to get her help when she needed it most. This was a departure from KA’s normal m/m and was a great story. Can’t wait for the next installment.
