This is one of our favorite series. I HATE love triangles, but this one had a different feel to it. I didn’t hate any of the characters. I loved Ginger, Josiah, and Cain. Even though I was constantly rooting for my favorite guy, I still wanted everyone to have a HEA. Cain and Josiah’s friendship was this unbreakable bond that was all about “bros over hoes”…lol. I adored them and their loyalty. What I didn’t like was the angst. OMG, I thought I was going to die. I couldn’t wait to see how their stories would end. I loved how the book was written in 3 year intervals and from 3 POV. Absolutely brilliant and it flowed perfectly. I wish Ginger had of gotten the chance to be honest and really make a choice. It was a beautiful ending and I loved how every thing came full circle. I can’t really say too much without giving anything away. Just read it even if you hate love triangles. Its not your average triangle. The writing is amazing.

So, this book frustrated the hell out of me!! I don’t know how many times I put the book down because I was just that frustrated. Cain and Josiah’s relationship was amazing, a true and everlasting friendship. At first, I didn’t like the 3 separate POVs, but as I got more comfortable with each voice, I got sucked into the story. The story came full circle and had a fulfilling ending. I agree that Ginger wasn’t as strong of a heroine as I would have liked, but it was still an amazing love story. Amazing writing, definitely recommend!
